The house! Called Park Residence, offers many rooms all with Flat-TV, coffeemaker, telephone with separate connection to hook up your laptop and go online. Brand new kitchens with granite countertops installed by an expert craftsman.

It is located on the Münchener Strasse which goes right into town. There are free parking places around the house. About 50 meters from the residence there is a bus stop which takes you in 3 minutes to the subway station which can carry you quickly into town.

Included in your daily rate is a complimentary breakfast buffet served right at the Residence. Surrounding neighborhood has conveniently located shops, such as a gas station, bakery, butcher shop, and florist.

Just 3 minutes away from The Park Residence is the newly built Allianz-Arena Soccer Stadium, which hosted the World Cup Soccer in 2006!

Also in this suburb of Munich you will find the following Universities and Institutes: LMU (Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität) München, TU (Technische Universität) München, and the European Southern Observatory can be found there as well.

But, Munich gets it's worldwide fame from the largest beerfest in the world, Oktoberfest! To go to Oktoberfest you can take the bus to the subway which brings you right into the fest. No worries about parking at the crowded Oktoberfest!

The house is also only a minute away from the Autobahn A9, take the exit Garching-Süd. The Munich suburb of Garching is close to the Munich Airport.

A taxi costs about 35.00 Euro, or we can arrange for a car rental which guests can pick up at the airport.
